Pre-Employment Supports

Prepare for your career journey

Build the personal and workplace foundations needed to succeed in today’s workforce. This includes communication, time management, goal setting, accountability, and understanding workplace expectations, culture, and Canadian workplace norms. You’ll also develop strategies for managing stress, preventing burnout, and strengthening self-advocacy and workplace rights awareness. These supports help you feel confident, stable, and ready for employment.

Career Exploration

Explore possibilities

Not sure what’s next? Make confident, informed decisions about your future.

Explore career options that match your interests, strengths, and work preferences. Through guided activities and assessment tools, you can gain insight into potential career paths, labour market trends, wage expectations, and training or education requirements. Hands-on activities in our Assessment Centre provide practical experience to help you better understand different types of work and make informed career decisions.

Job Search Supports

Strengthen your employability

Build a job search that works.

Develop a confident and effective approach to your job search. This includes identifying transferable skills, creating strong resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, and improving online job search strategies. You’ll also build networking skills, learn about informational interviews, strengthen your LinkedIn presence, and receive support during career transitions.

Move from applying to getting interviews—and getting hired.
